  Having stopped in the old town 15times this is far and beyond the best from the facilities to the location it’s just a nice place

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, easy access to both the strip and old town and a nice shortcut to Biosfera nearby. The property is in good condition with a modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and air-conditioning upstairs. There are gorgeous views from the balcony and it's a gorgeous place to have breakfast or sit out in the evening. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathroom. The pool is access via the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, there is a large double wardrobe in each bedroom and a portable fan. Both bathrooms have showers and are in good condition. Ample towels are supplied. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms. The pool area is lovely, there are sunbeds with padded cushions and a dining area. We do regret not heating the pool as we would have used it a lot more if it was heated. We hired a car for a few days and used the on street free parking but next time I would also pay to park at the property just for the convenience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and have tried to book again for next year but unfortunately it is already booked out. I would be very happy to stay there again.

  We really enjoyed our stay, it’s so good to get a pool to enjoy. The terrace/balcony got sun most of the day and the facilities were excellent. The location was great, 4 minutes to the harbour, 4 minutes to great restaurants around Farriones and 15 minutes to the beech front bars. We would definitely comes back.

  Superschönes Haus alles in gutem Zustand, ruhig auch bei offenem Fenster, schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein

  Just home from a week in Puerto Del Carmen over Christmas. This villa was absolutely perfect. The check in process was easy and stress free, the villa itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the old town and about a 10 minute walk to the new town/strip. 10/10 place and will 100% be back here!

  Lovely villa at the centre of PDC. Great to have dedicated parking space and private pool while in the centre of everything. Villa is clean and modern and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Only recommended addition would be air conditioning for summer months. The view of the sea from the upstairs balcony is fantastic! The owners were helpful, responsive and non-intrusive. Will definitely stay again in future.
